General WPFG Rules
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The WPFG Federations' Rules by Sport will appear here in abridged format, and are intended to give the potential competitor guidelines (only) on the sports/events planned for 2013. Refer to the ``Guiding Body" cited in each sport for specific competition rules; and, the WPFG General Sports Rules for information on exceptions to the cited governing body rules.
There may be changes which are not detailed here. Please refer to the 2013 World Police and Fire Games Registration Book, due out around November 2012, for official Games information.

Hosting the World Police and Fire Games
The World Police and Fire Games is an Olympic type multi-sport’s program for full time professional law enforcement officers and firefighters. The “Game” offers approximately sixty sports, ranging from Angling to Wrestling. In recent years the World Police and Fire Games has attracted as many as 10,000 entrants.
